The Mariposa Jars are unique swing top glass jars with detachable lids for easy pouring and cleaning, ideal for preserving and fermenting. These jars combine a vintage design with modern functionality, featuring a lightweight yet robust build.

They are not suitable for carbonated ingredients and require regular vacuum inspection and cleaning before use. Open the lock of the wire and make sure that the glass lid is tightly connected to the glass jar

The steel and glass components are dishwasher safe and the Pearl Seals should be stored in a dark, dry place and sterilized before reuse.

Max. thermal shock of 42°C – Be careful with pouring hot and cold liquids

The jars are BPA and silicone-free and food safe.
