The Luna Preserving canning jar features a rustproof 2-part stainless steel closure suitable for various canning methods. These jars combine a food-grade stainless steel and lacquer-free screw cap with a reusable Pearl Seal.

The jar is not suitable for carbonated ingredients, and users should regularly check the seal, clean the jars before use, and sterilize Pearl Seals before reuse.

Components are dishwasher safe, and Pearl Seals should be stored in a dark, dry environment at room temperature.

The jar can withstand a thermal shock of 42°C.
