Plain Black Button Metal Twist off Lids for bottles or jars with 43mm or 48mm necks. Our metal jar lids are coated inside making them acid and vinegar proof, they are suitable for jams, honey, chutneys, vinegars and pickles.

If you are unsure on the size of lid you require, measure the neck of the jar from the outside to outside (do not include thread), add 2mm each side, for example if your jar has a neck of 44mm + 4mm (2mm each side) = 48mm

43mm - suitable for 28ml/1oz mini round jars, 41ml/1.5oz mini round jars, 45ml/1.5oz mini hexagonal jars, 55ml/2oz mini hexagonal jars, 250ml, 500ml and 1000ml milk bottles, 250ml round and hexagonal sauce bottles.

48mm - suitable for 44ml/1.5oz bonne maman jar, 3.5oz round jars and 110ml/4oz hexagonal jars

63mm - suitable for 8oz/190ml round jar, 228ml round jar, 1lb round jar, 12oz hexagonal jar, 12oz square jar, 314ml, 370ml & 395ml orcio jar, 120ml and 212ml bonta jar and the 370ml chutney jar
